What Do I wear?

The type of clothing is also an important factor with any photo-shoot; we suggest plain simple tones as they won’t compete with the subjects in the photo. Generally we suggest to avoid heavy patterns and floral styles but like any rules in photography this can be broken with a good concept in mind. You don't need expensive outfits to look great in photos. Nice plain outfits look great in prints.

I don't look good in photographs?

Photographer John de Lombardo has many years experience, can be relied upon to be respectful, and uses many simple techniques in posing his subjects, making them comfortable and photogenic. The photo-session is guaranteed to be a fun and positive experience.

How long will it take for my order to be completed?

Once full payment has been received your order will be delivered within 14 working days. If you require a rush service your order (excludes Canvas) can be completed within 6 working days but a surcharge will apply. Also, we carefully prepare our products using sturdy packaging to ensure our delivery arrives safely and in perfect order. We generally use Australia Post COD and inform our clients by email of the date of despatch.

Why do you use Australia Post COD?

We don't charge a delivery fee, and by using AP COD you will only pay the actual fee of delivery. Your signature with proof will be required to pick up your parcel ensuring you goods don't go astray.

Do you have packages available?

At 3 Red Stars we have a range of wonderful packages to suit all budgets.  At the viewing all the various sample packages will be made available including Lustre, gloss, and of course the very popular archival Canvas prints.

Do you enhance your images?

Yes we do. All selected prints are finished with a black border (except canvas), and any minor blemishes on skin or clothing are removed. Please be aware that any special requirements may incur a fee.

Can I buy gift vouchers?

What is your Return Policy?

All products are checked for quality control before packaging. All our products are carefully packed in the appropriate packaging for distribution. If a product is damaged during transit please email us immediately upon discovery of damaged goods (within 48 hours) and we will asses the best and most appropriate action to fix the situation. We strive to provide the best quality and service to all our customers.

What about Rescheduling and Cancellations?

The booking fee is not refundable but may be transferable.  Clients can reschedule up to 48 hours prior to the booked date by contacting us by phone on 0423 208597 to arrange an alternative date and time without incurring any additional costs.

Who has copyright of the images, and can I have a copy of all the digital images?

The Photographer has copyright of the images. The copyright can be transferred to the client on the purchase of the digital images supplied on USB Flash Drive. 3 Red Stars prepares the images in two folders, one folder as Hi-Res jpgs ready for printing, and a second folder with optimised Low-Res jpgs (longest side 600 pixels) that can be used for emailing friends and relatives.
